Return Policy

At Stressé Collective, we want you to love every item you purchase from us. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Below is our return policy to ensure a smooth and hassle-free return process.

How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process, please visit our returns portal and follow the instructions provided. Once your return request is submitted, you will receive an email with a return shipping label.

Return Eligibility

  • Condition: Items must be returned unworn, in their original condition, with all tags attached.
  • Time Frame: Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Exchanges: We offer exchanges for store credit only.
  • Final Sale Items: All accessories and items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

Domestic Returns

For domestic returns, you must use the return shipping label provided through our returns portal. We do not accept returns with self-purchased shipping labels. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

International Returns

We currently do not offer free returns or exchanges on international orders. If you need to return an international order, please ensure that the package is sent back with a tracking number and proof of delivery. Stressé Collective is not responsible for any items lost during the return process.

Refunds

All approved returns will be processed as store credit. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll issue the credit to your Stressé Collective account. Please note that we do not offer refunds to the original payment method.

Discount Codes

Discount codes cannot be applied to past purchases and cannot be combined with other offers. Please ensure you enter the code at checkout to receive the discount on your current order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at help@stressecollective.com. We’ll make it right by either replacing the item or providing you with store credit.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order has left our warehouse, Stressé Collective is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If your tracking number indicates that your package was delivered, but you haven’t received it, please reach out to our customer service team within 24 hours of the expected delivery.
